The fine print, minus the fine print
Plans run 12 months from purchase and never auto-renew into the void — renewing is a choice you make. Any purchase refunds in full within 7 days if you have not completed a course, no phone call required; email [email protected]. Details in the refund policy. Certificates and completion records stay retrievable and verifiable for 7 years.
