The plain-language version

You buy access to training courses. We deliver them, track your completion, and issue certificates of completion that verify online. You keep your account honest (one person per account, real name on certificates), and you do not scrape, resell, or share course content.

What we are not

CEUTrux.com is an independent training platform. We are not affiliated with FMCSA, USDOT, TSA, or any state licensing or education agency. A certificate of completion documents that you finished a course and passed its quiz. Whether that satisfies a legal or employer requirement is decided by the state or employer, not by us. State requirement pages are researched references with citations, not legal advice.

Accounts

You are responsible for activity under your login. We may suspend accounts used fraudulently (including quiz-farming certificates for people who did not take the course; certificate fraud on a federally regulated credential is not a game we participate in).

Purchases

Prices are shown before checkout. Course access runs 12 months from purchase. All-Access runs 12 months from purchase. Fleet seats run 12 months from purchase. See the refund policy for refunds.

Content

Course content is ours or licensed to us. It is regularly reviewed against the cited regulations, but regulations change; where a course and the current CFR text disagree, the CFR wins, and we would genuinely appreciate the heads-up.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law our liability is capped at what you paid us in the last 12 months. We are not liable for enforcement actions, out-of-service orders, or employment decisions.

Changes

We can update these terms; material changes are announced on this page with a new effective date. Governing law: the state in which the operating company is organized.
